In windows Booting time press F8 key OR DEL key it depends on your Mother Board

you will go to BIOS setting there you can see your hardware components Configuration

Click Start -> Run type cmd
 command Prompt will Open
then type

ping yahoo.com -t

if you are getting

There is a problem with your Internet Explorer Try to update your Windows  Or update Internet Explorer

if you are still have an Issue Please DO the Follow Steps:
Let’s take a look at what could be causing Internet Explorer to be giving you these messages. First step will be to reset Internet Explorer, you can do this by:
·         Close any Internet Explorer windows
·         Click Start
·         Click Control Panel
·         Open Internet Options (you may have to switch from category view to icons to find this)
·         Click the Advanced tab
·         Click Reset…
·         Click Reset
·         Click Close
·         Click OK
